Pine Knot Manor is a 32 unit elderly, handicapped/disabled complex located at 248 Meadows Grove Spur, Pine Knot, KY off Hwy. 92 and Airport Road in Pine Knot.

Tenants must qualify by income and age as established by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rental amount is based on the households adjusted gross income and includes water, sewer and trash. The resident is responsible for the electric.

Apartments are equipped with stove, refrigerator, heat and A/C units, as well as vinyl plank flooring, screen doors and window blinds/shades. There is a laundry facility on site for resident use.
